1. Who we are and what these terms cover
SIE Simplified is an online exam preparation service operated by GBC Ventures Limited ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of our website, courses, question banks, mock exams, notes and any other content or services we provide (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these terms.
2. What the Service is, and what it is not
The Service is an independent study resource. SIE® and FINRA® are registered trademarks of FINRA, which does not endorse this product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FINRA or NASAA. The Service provides educational content only: it is not financial, legal or career advice, and completing a course does not by itself qualify you for, register you for, or guarantee a result on any examination.
3. Accounts
You need an account to access paid content. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and not share your account. Accounts are for one person. We may suspend accounts that show credential sharing or other abuse.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
- All-access subscription ($39/month), with a 7-day free trial. The trial requires a valid payment method but is not charged. During the trial you have access to the first module of your chosen course, its notes and its practice questions, plus the 20-question diagnostic. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, we charge $39 on day 7 and all three courses open in full. Billing then repeats monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account settings: during the trial cancellation is immediate and nothing is charged; after the trial it takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. You can resubscribe later and your progress is saved. One free trial per person.
- Single-course purchase ($149 one time). A one-time payment for 12 months of access to one course, with no trial period: the whole course opens immediately. If you complete the course and fail the exam, the Pass Guarantee extends your access at no charge until you pass. You may switch to this from an active trial at any time, in which case the trial ends and no subscription charge is ever made.
- The free diagnostic. The 20-question graded diagnostic is free to everyone and requires neither an account nor a payment method. It is not a plan and carries no course access.
Prices are stated in US dollars and may change for future purchases; a price change never affects a billing period you have already paid for.
5. The Pass Guarantee
The Pass Guarantee comes with single-course purchases. If you complete a purchased course (watch its lessons and take its mock exams) and then fail the corresponding exam, contact us with your result and we will keep your access to that course open at no charge until you pass, including beyond the 12-month access period. The guarantee extends access; it is not a cash refund. It applies per course and requires that the exam was attempted after completing the course. The subscription does not need a guarantee: it simply runs while you are subscribed, and you can cancel or pause at any time and rejoin with your progress saved.
6. Refunds
If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us at our contact page within 14 days and we will make it right. Subscription months already used are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so no future month is charged. Statutory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected by anything in these terms.
7. Your license to the content
All course content, including videos, notes PDFs, questions and explanations, is our original work and is protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, share, resell, publish or scrape the content, and you may not use it to build a competing product or to train a machine-learning system.
8. Content accuracy and corrections
We build every lesson and question from the official content outlines and verify time-sensitive rules quarterly. Regulations change, and despite our process errors can occur. When we find one, we correct the content. If you spot a suspected error, please report it through the contact page.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unauthorized access attempts, no automated scraping, no uploading unlawful material, and no interfering with other students' use of the Service.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email or an in-product notice before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

We respond to legal and privacy matters within 30 days.
