1. The short version
We collect the minimum we need to run the courses: your account details, your study progress, and payment records handled by our payment processor. We do not sell your data, and we never share it with advertisers.

3. What we collect
- Account information. Your name, email address and password when you create an account.
- Study data. Lessons watched, quiz and mock exam answers and scores, and progress through each course. This is what powers your dashboard and the Pass Guarantee.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of the transaction and the card's last digits, never the full card number.
- Technical data. Standard logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the Service working.
4. How we use it
- To provide the courses and track your progress.
- To bill subscriptions and honor the Pass Guarantee.
- To send service emails such as receipts, progress summaries and content-correction notices. Marketing emails are optional and every one has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand, in aggregate, which lessons and questions work well so we can improve them.
5. Where your data lives
The Service runs on our own platform. Account and study data is stored with our hosting provider on our behalf. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe), which holds your card details; we never see the full card number. Video is delivered through a streaming provider. Each of these companies acts as our service provider under its own security and confidentiality obligations, and we keep the current list available on request through the contact page.
6. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for login and course delivery, plus basic analytics to see how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. How long we keep it
Account and study data is kept while your account exists, so your progress is there when you come back. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
8. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data. Email hello@siesimplified.com or use the contact page and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults preparing for securities exams and is not directed at children under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect.
